In his hometown, Eliel has spearheaded initiatives to upgrade local infrastructure, installing solar-powered hotspots in schools and clinics to deliver free internet and digital training programs, unlocking pathways for youth to pursue STEM careers and access telemedicine. 

Through mentorship workshops and open-source contributions, he inspires the next generation to innovate without barriers, ensuring that the Foundation's vision of equitable technology endures—transforming isolated communities into hubs of opportunity, innovation, and unbreakable human connection.
